The food items on this menu promote weight loss and wholesome living, and address lifestyle-associated diseases such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and Type II diabetes. They are also ideal for people who are insulin resistant.

Most of the recipes on this menu were developed and are endorsed by the Dietitians of The Health & Lifestyle Consultancy. Order any food item on this menu anytime provided that the order is placed at least 48 hours in advance. This is to ensure that you receive the best quality as we don't keep stock. The food is packed in foil containers that you can defrost overnight and warm up in the oven according to the instructions on the label.

We offer portions for 2 and 4. These meals can be served with steamed vegetables or a green salad. Contact us if you would like to order vegetables and salads.
